| Anthony C. Nash is President of Inter-Connex Consulting Inc. Tony is a group facilitator and has a broad range of consulting and facilitating experience across Canada the US and in the UK, in both public and private sectors. Since incorporation in 1989, through the use of facilitated workshops, Inter-Connex has assisted organizations by helping identify and address key strategic and operational issues, and facilitating personnel through the various processes required to make the organization responsive to change. Inter-Connex works with other facilitation firms and independent facilitators across Canada.
Born and educated in England, Tony comes from a business background of banking, insurance, financial planning, and investment syndication. He holds the designation "CPF - Certified Professional Facilitator" from the International Association of Facilitators. Tony has received coaching training in the Integral Coaching™ method offered by Integral Coaching Canada Inc. As a management generalist, he is skilled in the areas of strategic thinking, strategic and operational planning, and moving groups to action. Tony has led and participated in national programs in the role of facilitator/moderator, and has designed and facilitated both internal and external consultations. He has experience in, and the specialized expertise required, to facilitate large groups of 100-400+ participants. Tony also leads workshops on strategic and operational planning and process facilitation skills for managers and staff. Tony is a member of the International Association of Facilitators, and serves as an Assessor and Process Manager with the IAF - Certified Professional Facilitator program.
